Top 10 honey producing countries in Africa
Ethiopia ranks first in honey production in Africa (84,591 tonnes). In second place is the United Republic of Tanzania (31,613 tonnes). In third place is Angola (23,459 tonnes).
In total, the Top 10 honey producing countries in Africa manufactured 202,297 tonnes of honey. This represented 91% of Africa’s total honey production.
